Crane Specialist

Job Overview

Responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant operation of cranes in offshore, marine & industrial environment. Combines technical expertise, safety awareness and problem-solving skill to support critical crane & lifting operations with at least 10years working experiences.

What they do

Conduct training, inspections, maintenance & troubleshooting of offshore & onshore cranes. Perform load testing, calibration and certification follow the standards

What We’re Looking For

Possess a strong technical background in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems related to cranes, with hands-on experience in offshore and marine cranes as well as lifting equipment. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a readiness to work in challenging environments. Certifications in crane inspection or operation are considered an advantage. A collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities

Job function

Perform scheduled and ad-hoc crane inspections to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards. Diagnose mechanical or operational faults and implement corrective measures to reduce downtime. Deliver technical training sessions for engineers and technicians to strengthen operational knowledge. Recommend upgrades, modifications, and preventive strategies to enhance crane performance and maintain the highest safety standards.

Engineer- Hydraulic, Service, Electrical & Mechanical

Job Overview

Engineers in these disciplines are responsible for maintaining troubleshooting, and improving crane systems and lifting equipment, they ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance and technical excellence across offshore and marine & industrial projects with at least 5years working experiences 

What they do

Hydraulic Engineer – maintain & repair hydraulic systems, pump, motor, and controls; troubleshooting leaks and pressure issue.

Service Engineer- provide on – site technical support, conduct inspections and ensure timely servicing of equipment.

Electrical Engineer – Handle electrical systems, wiring, PLCs and control panels; diagnose faults and ensure safe operation.

Mechanical Engineer- Oversee Mechanical components, gears and structures; perform preventive maintenance and repairs.

What We’re Looking For

Strong technical background in respective engineering disciplines, hand-on experience with offshore and marine cranes or heavy lifting equipment, knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Problem-solving ability and adaptability in challenging environments. Relevant certifications (inspection, operation, or engineering licenses are an advantage. Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.

Engineer Job Functions

Administrator & Coordinator Roles

Job Overview

Administrators and coordinators play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across HR, Accounts, Contracts, Inventory & HSE (Health, Safety & Environment). They provide organizational support maintain compliance and coordinate processes to keep the company running efficiently.

What they do

HR Administrator– manage recruitment, onboarding and employee records. Handle payroll, leave management & HR policies, support employee engagement and training programs.

Account Administrator – Maintain financial records, invoices and payments, assist in budgeting, reporting and audits, ensure compliance with accounting standard.

Contract administrator – review and manage contract with clients, monitor contract performance and deadlines, and ensure compliance with company contract requirements

Inventory coordinator – track and manage stock levels of equipment and spare parts, coordinate procurement and logistics, maintain accurate inventory records and report.

HSE Administrator – Implement and monitor office health, safety and environmental policy, conduct safety audits, inspection and risk assessments. Manage tender document, provide training and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, knowledge of relevant regulations (labour law, accounting standards, contract law, inventory software knowledge, HSE guidelines)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast -paced environment, 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and relevant software tools.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.

Job functions

Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Assist departments in daily operations, providing administrative and logistical support. Prepare reports for management on HR, finance, contracts, inventory and safety performance. Recommend and implement improvements to streamline workflow
